Status of Vizhinjam Port, Thiruvananthapuram.

Earlier milestones put forward by Adani Vizhinjam Ports Ltd was to complete the first phase of port by year end, but the port operation building that was to be commissioned in April 2020 has missed the date due to covid-19 nationwide lockdown. The work of 220-kV sub station which will power the needs of port operations and the switch yard have also been suspended for over a month.
